Home Care Wellness Clinic
- Monitor vitals, review medication, referrals to other health care providers
- Home visits – check blood pressure and medications, assist with personal care, some household cleaning and meal support
- Wound Care – assess, do dressing in combinations with doctor’s order. Teaching
- AADL – supplies like walkers, hand rails and more
- Personal Care Services – bathing, transportation to appointments (in town only), some household cleaning
- Rental Equipment – lend out equipment as needed and assess by health professionals
- Meals on Wheels – one meal at noon Monday – Friday in High Level and Fort Vermilion
AHS - Home Care Service
- Available to people who have short and long term problems from surgical complications, lung problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc
- Home care nurses visit you in your own home to help you manage a variety of conditions

- On weekdays, intake services from 8:15a.m. to 8:15p.m are available in about 100 languages
North Peace Tribal Council Home Care Service
- Available in the following communities: Beaver Ranch, Boyer, Bushe River, Chateh, Child Lake, Meander River, North and South Tall Cree
- Physician write prescription, patient go to pharmacy to pick-up
- Breast pump – 1 free for new mom in their lifetime
